Please understand that by paying the non-refundable retainer you are agreeing to the terms below 

1. If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances you may do so one time. You must reschedule within two weeks of your original session date or the deposit will be forfeited. 
2. Photographer has full copyright of the images, and may use images for advertising and website content.
3. Your gallery link will be sent within 3-5 days after your session. You will have two weeks to download your finished photos. If you don’t download them in time there will be a $15 reactivation fee. Photos are kept in my system for up to 6 months. 
4. Additional images are available for purchase for $10/photo and must be purchased within the two week time period.
5. Please do not screen shot photos, add filters or in other respect change the art of the photographer. 
6. Photographer is not liable for any color errors or print quality if not printed through the recommended lab.
